Species: Vampire, Werewolf, Human, etc
Birthdate: The month, day, and year your character was born
Embrace/Change Date(If Relevant): The month, day, and year (or time period, if memory is altered) your character became non-human
Personality: How your character is known to act
Appearance: Include a short blurb about character appearance and a realistic picture
City Status: Where your character ranks in the city
Haven: Where your character sleeps
History: A detailed retelling of your character's life
Speech Color: The code for your character's speech color
Character Sheet: A link to your character sheet
